How much does an RV storage unit cost?

Prices start at $85 per month and vary depending on the size of the storage unit you need for your vehicle, trailer, motorhome or boat. We have many sizes of enclosed units available and offer covered spaces, as well.

Do I have to sign a lease agreement?

Yes, all of our RV storage spaces require a lease agreement. For your convenience, we offer short-term, long-term and month-to-month rental leases.

Will my belongings be safe at Max RV Storage?

Yes! We have numerous security cameras that run 24/7 around the property. We are a fully fenced and gated facility with keypad access only for current customers.

Are there set times that I’m allowed to access my vehicle at Max RV Storage?

No, you can access your storage unit or space anytime. We’re a 24-hour facility.

Do I need insurance for my unit?

We do not provide insurance for your personal belongings. We strongly suggest that you have insurance for your property, RV and/or vehicle.   

What amenities do you have at Max RV Storage?

We have air, fresh water, and a waste disposal station available for all customers. Power, lights, and automatic doors are included on all the fully enclosed units.  

Am I able to store anything?

Yes, within reason. We do not allow mechanical, construction, or paint work to be done at our facility.

Are your enclosed units climate-controlled?

No – however, our storage units are fully enclosed and out of the weather with insulated roofs, cement floors, and automatic roll-up doors.

What is your move out policy?

When you are ready to move out, ensure that your unit/space is clean and all belongings have been cleared out to avoid any cleaning fees. Please let us know when you are completely moved out to avoid getting billed for the upcoming month.

What happens if I miss or am late on payment?

If you miss a payment or are late, you will be charged a $10 late fee after five days. To avoid late payment fees, we recommend that you sign up for auto-pay.

Do I have to provide my own lock for an enclosed storage space?

No, all of our enclosed units are equipped with automatic roll-up doors that include keypads for each unit.

What payment methods does Max RV Storage accept?

We accept most forms of payment including cash, personal checks, electronic checks (ACH), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Is there a maximum limit of what I can store in a covered unit?

Yes, we only allow two large items (vehicles) to be stored in one covered space at a time. If you need more space, please contact us directly.

Can I transfer to a different unit if I need to get a larger or smaller space?

Yes, if we have one available that meets your space needs, you are more than welcome to transfer.

How can I pay my bill?

We offer many ways to pay your bill – you can pay online, over the phone, via auto draft, or just swing by the office when we’re in.
